The two-piece sizing is what sold me—started with the smaller one and worked up over a couple weeks. Silicone has just enough give that it stays put without pinching, and cleanup is a quick wash.

David V. ★★★★★

Didn't expect silicone to feel this comfortable for longer wear, but the larger grommet held its shape without pinching. Being able to see inside while it's spread is exactly what I was after, and the two sizes make it easy to work up gradually.

Carter H. ★★★★★

Started with the smaller grommet and already seeing progress. The silicone is soft yet firm enough to hold me open exactly as described. Perfect for training my hole
